Il Centro Studi Jlc è un’iniziativa dello Studio Legale Jlc volta a promuovere lo studio, la formazione, l’approfondimento, l’analisi economica e giuridica su di tematiche in ambito giuridico legate ai mercati finanziari, agli strumenti finanziari, alla tutela del risparmio e del patrimonio, al diritto immobiliare, alla privacy, al diritto societario e della crisi d’impresa, all’ambito degli investimenti, mobiliari ed immobiliari.  

In particolare tra le attività che caratterizzano l’associazione si possono annoverare l’elaborazione e promozione di ricerche, analisi e studi sulle diverse tematiche, l’organizzazione e promozione di seminari, convegni, incontri, tavole rotonde e corsi di formazione, inerenti le tematiche giuridiche approfondite dalla associazione, i diversi strumenti e mercati finanziari, i prodotti afferenti alla gestione del risparmio e alla pianificazione finanziaria, le innovazioni normative in tema di crisi d’impresa, gli strumenti atti alla tutela della privacy.

Il centro studi si propone di organizzare corsi di aggiornamento e workshop dedicati all’apprendimento delle tecniche di tutela degli investimenti, sia dal punto di vista legale, che dal punto di vista tecnico-finanziario. I corsi saranno aperti a professionisti e imprese. I corsi potranno essere anche accreditati dagli ordini professionali competenti, offrendo ai partecipanti la possibilità di accumulare crediti in base alle rispettive regole professionali.

Il centro studi ha l’obiettivo di offrire a professionisti, imprese e risparmiatori gli strumenti più evoluti per recuperare le perdite da investimenti in strumenti finanziari. Saranno approfondite anche le criptovalute e i sistemi di blockchain sia dal punto di vista delle opportunità d’investimento, sia dei rischi sottesi a questi nuovi strumenti.

Il centro studi è in collegamento con esperti di diversa estrazione provenienti dai principali paesi più evoluti nel mercato finanziario.

Il centro studi si è dato la missione di approfondire temi d’interesse degli associati e in generale del pubblico degli investitori e risparmiatori, organizzando convegni con la partecipazione di esponenti di rilievo della comunità finanziaria, professionisti ed esperti del settore. Saranno anche proposti seminari di studio per professionisti e esponenti del mondo delle imprese interessate sui temi in cui il centro studi si propone di sviluppare la propria attività.
